Q: How will I join the classes?
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom/Google Meet. You’ll receive a recurring meeting link before your first class. Please ensure the Zoom app is downloaded and working ahead of time to avoid any last-minute issues.
Q: Is it necessary to keep my camera on during the session?
Yes, it’s strongly recommended to keep your camera turned on so our trainer can provide real-time guidance and ensure you're doing the techniques correctly. Participants with cameras off may be removed from the class at the trainer’s discretion.
